The Lalit Goa Resort and Spa Review

One place that I can never get enough of os GOA. No matter how many times I visit Goa, it always surprises me, there is always something new, something fresh about the city. I Always come home with new stories, memories and a lot of pictures. This time I and Anish went to Goa for his birthday vacation and decided to stay at this Magnificent property 'The Lalit Goa'.

Located on the Raj Baga beach in Canacona, The Lalit Goa the property is surrounded by the  Sahyadri mountain range, is located close to the Talpone river and offers a view of the Arabian sea.
We took an early morning flight to Goa and were fetched by the hotel car at the airport. After about 1.5 hours long but beautiful drive, we arrived at The Lalit Goa Resort and Spa.

The moment we entered, lush green gardens, colorful birds and tall coconut trees welcomed us.
The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa includes a double-tee 9-hole links golf course. It operates 263 rooms and suites and offers over 32,000 square feet of conference and banqueting space. The resort offers recreational facilities for customers and includes a sports complex. So you can imagine how huge the place is.

We were welcomed with the best Kokum of my life and escorted to our room, or shall I say, Casa!
The resort has Baroque-Portuguese style architecture and landscaped gardens. A room is called a Casa and has this vintage Portuguese vibe. From entryway to high roofs and old school bed, every bit of the room added to the Baroque-Portuguese style of the place.

The Lalit group has the best food. I have stated in a lot of their properties and I always come back home with a few extra kilos. At Lalit Goa, food was extraordinary. From welcome platters to detaox water and buffets to room service, everything was just marvellous. Being a vegetarian, I stuck to goan curry- rice but Anish tried their seafood and non- vegetarian and a few fishes he says are must try are Kerala Style Fish, Mutton Rogan Josh and Goan Fish Curry.

The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa operates five restaurants, namely, Canacona, Corta's, Gazebo, OKO and Veri Feni, which offer various cuisines. Their room service is great too!

The Property along with 2 pools, pool bar, cycling, archery also has a private beach which I was most excited about.
The beach is just spectacular. Not only is it extremely clean and has very few people but Lalit also has their very own shack Corta's which serves chilled beer and some yummy snacks. One can spread hours there, the view of ocean and Sahyadri mountain range. We spent our evenings and it was just impossible to go back to the room.

Our room, Casa 2021 was on the second floor and walk to the room from any part of the property took us about 5-7 minutes. The walk every single time was so refreshing, we found a lot of cute little nooks where we just have to stop and take a picture (or maybe 100) for the gram

At the whole, The Lalit Goa is a Goa in itself. If you are looking for a place to relax and spend 2-3 days away from the hustle and bustle then just book your stay at The Lalit Goa Resort and Spa. Fresh crisp air, salty sea, amazing food and courteous staff will refresh your soul.
