As people say ' Goa is always a Good Idea', I came back a day before and boy, what a trip it was! Goa has its peak season from October to April and there are a lot of things to do in Goa in season. People believe that offseason is sad, but believe me, this time Goa was flooded with tourists and almost everything was open. Here are top 5 things to do in Goa which are open even in offseason.

So, most of us know Goa as the place for beaches, clubs and parties. A lot of which is shut during off season but not any more. Goa officially has no off-season any more, most of the restaurants are still open but some clubs and shacks shut during the monsoon months.
I visited Goa in the monsoon and here are the top 5 places you must visit in North Goa during the offseason:

1. Antare- When we think of Goa, we always think of that chill vibe. You must visit Antere. Its a shake that is beautifully lit with the bulbs, there are wooden benches and amazing music. Food is delicious and thankfully drinks are not very expensive. Sadly the party ends somewhere between 11-12  at night. The place is great for lunch too.

2. Brittos - When in Goa, all want that Goan feel, sit at the beach with the drink and some yummy food. Britto's is the place which offers everything one wants from Goa. Located on Baga beach, it has both a shack and restaurant area. One can sit facing the beach, with feet dug in the sand, eating yummy food with beer while the wind blows. The place is always full so keep some time in hand while planning your meal there. The place closes at midnight.

3. Thalasa- If you are a sucker for cute cafe's and good food then Thalassa is the place for you. Its located in Vagator which is easily accessible and is located by the beach. The place looks gorgeous at sunset. If you are a greek food lover then it is your paradise. It closes by midnight.

4. Cape town- If you are staying in north Goa then the easiest place for you to reach is Tito's lane, it's right around the corner and is lit till late hours. Although there are a lot of places in the lane ( some okeish and some really bad) the best one is Cape Town. The open-faced bar has a bar area which serves alcohol and Hukka and there is a party area as well. We sat there for hours sipping our drinks, chatting and enjoying the hustle bustle of the street. This is the place once can spot celebrities too! It is open until quite late.

5. Hilltop- If you are into parties then you must visit Hill Top, the ultimate place for people who love Trans Music and Russian parties. There is a 1500 per person entry fee which does not cover anything. In the party, Trans and a lot of other fast phase music plays and people just dance the night away. Drinks here are extremely expensive and the party goes till 2am. This party is only for hardcore party animals and if your not one like me then just go to Antere again.
