Since I have started travelling, I have realised how important it is to disconnect from daily life. At times it's important to log out from all social media accounts and just absorb the beautiful surroundings. For times when you are trekking in hills, doing yoga or just running in the park, a good workout outfit or a comfy travel outfit is very important. For the winter season, a warm, waterproof jacket is a must so I added this Wildcraft jacket to my workout wardrobe.
Spending time with own self is very important and I have realised that the best way to do it is working out. It is no important to go to the gym and lift the heaviest dumbles ever.one can work out while breathing fresh air outdoors and it will still work wonders.
For me being outdoors matters the most. The cool crisp air, lush green plants and chirping birds are the best companions to sweat it out and still enjoy the process.
For me staying healthy is of utmost importance. Being a person who hates going to gym, I always try to find easy ways to stay healthy and fit. For me morning walk, running and yoga works the best. When in hills, I love to go on a trek. Flexible yoga pants paired with a waterproof warm jacket and running shoes is a perfect running/yoga outfit.
