Urban Gypsy

Hello,

A women as we indians like to describe in form of our goddesses has a lot of different faces. She is a nurturing mother, a passionate lover and can be a brave warrior if circumstances require her to be! I am a gypsy at heart and that is what I wanted my outfit to represent. I went for a wrap around skirt and kurti paired with rustic Indian jewellery!

There are so many roles that a woman have to play and she manages to do so successfully every single time. But in this process of living for others, to be a good daughter, good wife, mother and nurturer she tends to leave herself behind. She forgets that no matter what all relations and people she has around, the centre of it all is still her!

We women often forget that we are the nucleus, everything else has evolved from us. We are the binding force that keeps everything and everyone intact.

We need to first invest in ourselves and only then we can heal and nurture our relations. We must unleash the wanderers that are hidden somewhere inside us.
I decided to let my inner wanderers out with this gorgeous outfit by Galang Gabaan
The frill wrap around skirt paired with loose kurta has this earthy Indian feel and I am all about it!
I paired my fusion outfit with some silver jewellery and smokey eye makeup to complete my urban gipsy.
