DIY Diya- Diwali Decor

Hello,

Diwali is not complete without a fancy Diya. But to get a gorgeous Diwali Diya, there is no need to spend a lot of money! Today as a part of DIY Diwali Decor, we will make DIY diyas which are super inexpensive and easy Diwali Decor Idea and look just gorgeous!

For DIY Diyas, you will need:

1) A piece of cardboard.
2) A small mud diya
3) Glue Gun
4) Pistachio Shells
5) Gold spray paint

How to:
1) Cut cardboard into a circle
2) Paste your diya in the center
3) Now starting from the outer edge, start gluing pistachio shells
4) keep repeating the process until the entire cardboard is covered and the entire thing looks like a big flower.
5) Once its dry, spray it with gold paint.

And your DIY Diwali Diya is ready to be lighted. I like to use it was a centerpiece for my table and it totally adds o my festive decor.
you can light it as a normal diya with some oil and it looks like a big floral diya.
