As soon as the crisp air hits the town, I am all ready to hibernate under my warm toasty blankets. But there are always those times when one has to leave the comfy couch and for those days I like to opt for a suede dress. And my most beloved is the military chic suede dress, the perfect blend of street style and chic winter fashion.

So, for those times when we are not in our element, we turn to things that sooth us, like comfort food for sick days. Likewise, when its cold and windy and I am feeling all crappy, I always turn to a outfit that makes me feel like I am just ready to hit the ramp.

Winter is totally not my thing, hate it when its freezing and you cant feel your hands or feet.
As soon as the weather starts to change, I start looking for some stable statement pieces that I can style a zillion different ways for both fall and winter. This season I got my hands on this gorgeous suede dress from Platinoir. As its a light suede, I was able to wear it to Amazon India Fashion Week SS17 and Dang! It grabbed so many eyeballs.
Rich military colored suede, sharp cut and shoulder detailing is what defines the word 'chic' to the max.

Their garments, be it a suede dress like mine or a gown or even a bomber jacket, they always have this little elegant of understated glamour that every girl, no matter what age, culture or taste would live to add to her wardrobe.

For Amazon India Fashion Week, I wanted to play up with the military chic vibe of the suede dress, so went for a pair of lace up wedges. For that pop of color added my suitcase to the look and smokey eyes were a must!
As its getting a bit cooler now, I am planning to wear my military suede dress as a coat.
