Hello Everybody,
With Diwali being the seventh day, all I can think of is lights, diyas and sweets. Can't just wait to pig on all the boxes of chocolates and Indian sweets! Now, every day is something, you need to be dressed in your cute Indian suits, sarees and dresses. Today I decided to dedicate a look my Punjabi side of family with is patiala salwar and asymmetric suit.
If you have been following my blog this month then you know that I have been obsessing over traditional Indian wear for this festive season. So for last week leading upto Diwali, I decided to post a traditional Indian outfit every day.
If you meet me in real life then you would know the kind of excitement I have for any festival. I go all out (sometimes overboard too) with food, outfits and decor, its just too much fun to gear up for this one day. Perfect way to spark up the monotonous routine.
People might find it odd, but I just love how we find any and every season to dress up all fancy, eat the entire world and just pump up the volume to dance. ( no dance floor needed).
For today's Indian outfit, I decided to embrace my Punjabi side with this patiala suit set from Biba. If you read my last post Festive Suit Collection From Biba, then you know how cute Biba has come up with this affordable festive collection for Diwali, so I got myself this casual festive suit, perfect for the day time look. The patiala salwar paired with this cool asymmetric, high-low shirt and dupatta is just want I wanted, its traditional Indian with this cool detailing.
Are you excited for Diwali !
