My Indian Style

Hi,

Wish you all a very Happy Diwali! After all the craziness, I am back with a modern Indian suit.
We all have this one style that we keep coming back to. So I have been trying everything these days as far as Indian wear is concerned. So after trying, ghagara, patiyala suit and anarkalis, I just had to come back to my signature halter kurti and cropped skinny bottoms.

As I mentioned in my post Festive Fusion, I almost never wear Indian clothes but when I do, I always go for something simple, something that is Indian but with modern cuts and details. If you ever see me at a wedding function or a little traditional gather,I am always in such suits.

For occasions like Diwali, sangeet and other such traditional occasions, when I get overwhelmed and end up in a confused state, this is the kind of outfit I go for, A cropped pants paired with halter kurti. For that punch of traditional glam popped on a pasa that has been in my family for generations.
