Hello,
Modern trends are evolving every day and are only becoming
more colourful and fashionable with time. Although when it comes to the festive
season, we usually wish to wear our favourite & comfortable fabrics,
designs, and colours. Indian wear remains close to our hearts owing to its
versatility and simplicity. Be it anarkali kurtas, bandhani skirts or elegant
lehengas; festive wear is incomplete without them. With BIBA, the conventional
Indian attire has taken a fresh twist with their exceptionally stylish Indo-Western kurtis.
Pick your choice from a spectacular range of colours from BIBA’s kurta collection. Hot pink, coral red, monochromes, lemon yellow, teal, indigo, lime green are some of the available eccentric hues. The festive season in our country is all about mix & match. Mixing silhouettes is key to create an incredible Diwali outfit. Team your majestic BIBA kurtas with a sharara or lehenga instead of a salwar or leggings. You can also choose between a vibrant coloured palazzo pant, capris or chic cigarette pants. Try experimenting with a wide range of prints and textures to make your outfit quirky and fashionable ensuring you stand out from the crowd. Complete your outfit with classic, vintage jewellery over a beautiful kurta and pants set. If your outfit is on the heavier side, keep your accessories and makeup minimal. Try trending accessories like colourful silver tassel earrings or a sleek choker necklace as well. Lastly, when selecting your footwear, place comfort as a priority. Choose peep-toe flats, bejewelled shoes, block heels, or ethnic sandals over high heels and stilettoes. Don’t forget to add a touch of gold and mogras to complete your look.

Diwali is such a happy time that the option of dressing up
blandly, to begin with, is not even an option for most of us women. And keeping
in mind how spoilt we are for choices that BIBA has provided us with,
especially when it comes to the Indian traditional wear, it only becomes harder
to choose from an array of beautiful outfits that could either be bought
readymade or could be designed with just a tinge of creativity. For instance,
if you’re visiting a friend for an evening Diwali party, you could try wearing
a long, dark red, flared skirt with a golden hem paired with a straight fit
off-white kurta and a beautiful medium-length stole to keep it stylish yet
comfortable. The stole in this outfit could also be replaced with a short,
waist jacket with some elegant embroidery on its back. You could wear a
gorgeous statement necklace with this attire to accentuate its main colour –
either gold or silver – to complete your look. But since it is the festive
season going on, you could also try to wear huge gold jhumkas with this outfit
to draw attention evenly on your face as well as your
outfit.
For this festive season, remember that wearing brighter
colours, with contemporary and quirky prints, will add the much-required
festive touch to your garment. Choose BIBA’s kurtas with a dhoti skirt and
bandi, if you don’t fancy looking too traditional. You can also wear layers of
different fabrics, like a mirror-work jacket over a kurta and a patiala salwar
for a unique look.
