All of us complain about bloated stomach ! I am on top of that list, always complaining and trying out weird ways to get rid of it. Recently I discovered some thing that we all are doing wrong that lead to bloating ! Here are the things that are making us bloated !
There are a few daily things that we are doing un-intentionally which lead to bloated stomach. Lets see what there are:
1. Not chewing food and just literally inhaling it makes the job of stomach difficult to break down food and digest.
2. Overloading body with fibers can lead to bloating.
3. It is believed that people who snore at night always wake up bloated.
4. Stress prompt us yo rush through our meals which leads to digestive issues which leads to bloating.
5. Chewing gum can makeup your intestines intake a lot of air which leads to bloated stomach.
These are easy tips to avoid bloated stomach. By avoiding these simple thing, we can avoid that bloated stomach.

Fibers don't actually make you bloated...they do the opposite. It's when you eat food that contains zero fiber that makes you bloated. But you were spot on on everything else!
ReplyDeleteGoogle food combining...that really helped with the bloating. I never get bloated anymore because I'm vegan, too. Meat is really harsh on your digestive system.
