Eat grains- Eating brown rice and oats, fiber-packed meal that will help prevent overeating.

Though milkb is increasingly controversial. Many respected dieticians will say avoid milk (milk is for calves!) and I know many people who have cured long-term respiratory problems, PCOS etc by cutting out all dairy.
