Whatever we put in our body shoes up on our skin. A lot of skin issues can be solved by eating right food. Fruits play a very important role for both health and beauty. Here ate 5 fruits for glowing skin.
All we girls want beautiful looking skin. We end up using so many cosmetics when the best and easiest solution lies in eating good food, specially fruits. Following ate the fruits that have amazing skin benefits:
1. Banana: Easily available and has so many beauty benefits. Banana's are rich in vitamin A, B and C and hence works as an anti-ageing agent.
2. Papaya: Papaya is rich in antioxidants and has a special enzyme called papain that can kill dead cells and cure skin impurities.
3. Lemons: Lemon is a great skin cleanser. With its astringent properties, it is amazing for skin lightening.
4. Mango: My favourite fruit mango is rich in vitamin A and antioxidants, it fights against skin ageing and regenerates skin cells.
5. Orange: Being super rich in Vitamin C, orange adds a lot of glow to your skin.
We all we must go the natural way, eating fruits can result in beautiful, glowing and spotless skin. So rather than investing money in products that are full of chemicals, try to go for a big full of fruits instead.

You're right! Everything comes from the inside. I eat bananas and drink lemon water every single day and I can confirm that it works! Oh, mangoes are so delicious! I wish they were more available in Europe... Great post, dear!
