Lunch Date-Classy Glam Outfit

Hope you had an amazing weekend and are all ready to take on thus week. Lets start Monday with a classy girly outfit. This outfit is the perfect way to add color and floral print to the outfit. This is my take on day glam, a classy floral outfit for special occasions like a lunch date or something.

When it comes to prints, patters and bright colors, I love them but generally on other. For some reason, I feel all these gorgeous prints and colors don't look that good on me, I always end up with my blacks, whites and grey's.
Though I am trying very hard to break out of my mold and wear everything, if you have seen My Indian Sangeet Outfit  then you know what I am talking about.
Till the time I can add that feather to my hat, this is my way to add that color and print in my outfit.
The moment I got this black box pleat skirt from Newchic , I know I had to pair it with something fun.

The skirt is like black canvas, you can paint it any way, style it as glam or as casual as you want. I love such pieces, adding them to closet mean multiple outfits in your kitty.
Can you believe the top I am wearing is 10 yeas old !! Yes, you heard it right , I bought it 10 years ago! Feels good to see that it still fits me well . :)

High Waist Pleated Umbrella Swing Skirt

For a day glam classy outfit I paired my Newchic Box pleat skirt with this floral backless top, kept accessories clean and just opted for wedges. This is my kind of lunch date outfit or a day party outfit.
I am quite liking the skirt, I am super excited to pair it with crop top, graphic tee's and so much more.
