1) Olive oil: It is full of vitamin E and good fats and will moisturise skin both from inside and out.
2) Sweet Potato: It's an antioxidant and help fight dry skin, protects skin from harmful sun rays and damages. They also help repair body tissue
3) Nuts: As they have omega-3 fatty acid, vitamins A, B and E they hydrate skin , promote elasticity, help regenerate cells and protects against pollutants. So make sure to eat a lot of almonds, walnuts and pistachios.

Absolutely! What we eat is even more important than the products that we put on. I can confirm that olive oil and nuts do wonders, I just have to get a bit better with water intake ;)
