Casual Chic- Lace Top Pencil Skirt

I am always confused on what to wear to look dressy and chic but not over the top. When I get invites saying dress code is Casual Chic outfit, I am like look, so let me pull out all my clothes and see what exactly to wear. And not I have found my perfect combo, lace detail top and pencil skirt.

For this casual chic outfit I paired the lace detail top with a skinny pencil skirt and some heels, did this vintage like hairstyle and I it saved me from demolishing my closet , hehehe.
