1) Apples: On ya, our mums are right, a apple a day really keeps the doctor away. It's packed with fibre, vitamin C, potassium and tones of antioxidants. So grab a apple even if you are getting late to sit and eat.
2) Oatmeal : Oatmeal helps lower cholesterol and risk of heart diseases. Eating it in breakfast is as good as eating a vegetable or fruit.
3) Scrambled Egg or Paneer : if you are a vegetarian then eat Paneer if not then egg, they are a great source of protein that our body needs.
4) Dalia : Dalia or cracked wheat is a great source of manganese a d Fiber that are much needed in daily food. It keeps you full for longer time so you can skip snacking .
5) Lime Juice : Try to include lime in your diet in general but specially in breakfast. Start you day with a glass of warm water with lime juice in it . It will boost your metabolism and help with weight loss.
So make sure you get up in time for breakfast, skipping it is very harmful for you. And if someday,you just can't prepare you meal then grab an apple on the go.
