Hope everybody is having a relaxing weekend and have a summer cooler. I am having my class of butter milk so thought it's the best time to tel you the health benefits of buttermilk for summers.
So Indian summer are as hot as a oven on its full power, a cold beverage is a must , so what not have something with has health benefits too and here comes on buttermilk, simple to make, yummy to drink and even makes the stomach happy.
I love the home made curd, can't imagine food without a big bola of it and for evenings I like myself a glass of buttermilk.
So let's see the what are the health benefits of Buttermilk:
1) Buttermilk helps keep the body cool during summer time.
2) A glass of buttermilk boosts immunity as it contains lactic acid.
3) Daily consumption of buttermilk in summers helps to keep the heart healthy as it contains less amount of fat.
4) A glass of buttermilk daily helps in good digestion.
5) Consumption of buttermilk in summer helps to enrich body with calcium, potassium and zinc and thus infuses energy, that the sun sucks from us.
Consuming buttermilk daily is great all over the year but even more in summers.
