Hello Sweeties,
Lets all accept , we all have body acne , it is completely normal and absolute nothing to be ashamed off. But yes, it does look bad.
One of the best way to get rid of body acne is to make scrubbing a part of your body care regimen. Today I am going to show you how make Scrub Bars that with all the ingredients that will reduce redness of active acne , fade acne scars and make skin soft.
So lets get started , watch video below or keep reading:
1) Take any moisturizing soap, I am using Nivea Soap and shred it using a cheese shredder.
2) Now add a bit of water to the soap and stir it till it become a bit foamy mixture.
3) Once most of the soap particles are dissolved divide it into two parts.
4) In one add coffee and oats and in second add green tea. Mix well
5) Take my silicon mold and start my putting in lemon zest. Then add the green tea soap and on top add coffee oats soap.
6) Use the back of spoon to even out the top which actually is the bottom of soap .
7) Let the soaps dry in mold for bit and after soap is hard enough to hold the shape take it out and let it dry from both sides.
8) As its cold , I gave my soap good 4 days so that its all dry even in the center.
And your soap are all ready to put to action. My mum says they look like brownies with walnuts :)
The bars have all the goodness of nature and still easy to make for people who do not know how to make soap , like me .b
I use it to take bath daily in summer and twice a week in winter.
Hope you like the easy scrub bars .

That's such a fantastic idea. I find the more I'm exercising (and sweating) the more I get the odd spot, which I hate, my body is in need of a good scrub!

ReplyDeleteThe application system of acne soap isn't complex at all and anyone can use it just like how one uses a normal soap everyday. You simply need to lather and gently rub the same on all the parts of the body and rinse the same with water. via thedermreport.com
