Hi Sweeties,
Hi Sweeties,
Do you know a normal ingredient like salt is so beneficial for your skin. No no , I am not talking about any fancy salt , just our own , normal salt from kitchen. Salt is a solution for many skin issues. It rejuvenates skin by opening pores to purify it.
Skin Benefits of salt :
1) It improves skin irritation and rashes.
2) It helps cure allergies like insect bites .
3) It softens calluses on feet .
4) Helps in skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis .
5) Salt also helps with pain relief and relaxation.
6) It is a very good remedy for dry skin and exfoliation .
7) Keeps skin hydrated .
As we see our hidden gem , Our own salt has so many benefits , we must put it to use.
There are three ways to use salt :
1) To wash face - Dissolve some salt with water and wash your face with it . It will clear out your skin and leave it fresh and soft.
2) As a Scrub - Use salt as scrub , it will remove all the dead skin .
3) As a soak - After a long tiring day , dip your feet in warm salt water or fill tub with warn salt water , soak yourself inn . This will help heel your muscles , relieves pain , energizes and relaxes your body.
This salt bath works so well when ill .
I always make use of this gem whenever I am tiered , remember my DIY Aromatherapy Bath Salt recipe . Salt is one of the best remedies for pimples that I have tried.
Hope this was useful.
