Hey Sweeties,
How is your weekend going, I am spending mine with a face pack onn and a hair treatment I my hand ready to be used, was on a cleaning mission last two days so now need to pamper skin and hair I thought why not talk about what I am using in my hair today, it's a Deep- Cleaning Scrub.
Ya you heard it right, I Deep cleaning hair scrub, or I should say scalp scrub.
Are you thinking what is the need of scrubbing scalp. Guys, so many if us use a lot of different products in out hair which builds up in our hair. Well I don't use a lot of such products but the dust , sweat and stickiness keeps piling onn on our scalp which out shampoo doesn't break through. Because of which we get problems like oily and itchy scalp, hair fall , slow hair growth and out hair start looking oily a day after we wash them.
Too much info right, I must stop . Ok so all the above are the reasons why you want a Deep Cleaning Hair Scrub.
So lets see how we can make a super inexpensive one from the ingredients from our kitchen .
You need:
1) Oatmeal
2) Baking soda
How to :
1) Take equal quantities of baking soda and oatmeal in a bowl and mix it with water to form a smooth ( not runny) paste.
2) Take mixture in you wet hands , scrub it in your hair concentrating on scalp .
3) After massaging your entire scalp , rinse with warm water, shampoo and condition .
The oatmeal pieces will exfoliate dead skin and deposit protein .
Baking soda will clean your hair leaving it shiny by cutting through the deposits.
I am doing this remedy as its super hot and moist in my city and my scalp seems to be sticky.
This is perfect remedy for such a rainy - moist weather.
Do try my DIY Deep Cleaning Hair Scalp scrub to give your hair a boost, you will love it.
