Hello My Sweetie,
I don't know if its in the weather or it's just me , but no matter what I am always feeling tiered. I feel like my body was put I a juicer and crushed on full power.
The best and the easiest way to feel good is a nice bath and for that we need a nice bath salt.
I believe in aromatherapy so I believe that a bath salt has various benefits like opens up pores, heels dry skin, reduces irritation of insect bite , reduces stress , fatigue and relaxes body.
I believe in aromatherapy so I believe that a bath salt has various benefits like opens up pores, heels dry skin, reduces irritation of insect bite , reduces stress , fatigue and relaxes body.
Well I need it, so I busted out my DIY Aromatherapy Bath Scrub . I have been using it for years , its super easy to make.
All you need is :
1) Sea Salt ( crushed or in rock form)
2) Coconut / Jojoba Oil
3) Glycerine
4) Dried flower leaves or herbs
Lets make our bath aromatherapist :
1) In a bowl with 3 cups of salt add 1 table spoon of oil and 1/2 - 1 table spoon of glycerine . You will get a thick paste . If your Salt granular are big then you might need more.
2) Once everything is mixed well , I add all the dried goodness . My fav's are dried roses or any seasonal flower that I find in my garden dried orange peel .
But you can also use dried rosemary, thyme it mint leaves .
3) Mix Everything together , store in a air tight container .
Your all natural bath daily full of goodness is ready. :)
Hope this was useful.
Kisses
