Hey guys,
How are you doing!! I has a really stressful week. If you guys noticed my posts were not regular and I was not able to reply to all your comments.
Nothing in specific happened , just a huge pile of small things .
So I had to find a solution to relieve stress, calm myself down and relax.
I found a really good way that relaxes your body, helps in headaches , muscle aches, stress and fatigue. It is DIY detoxifying foot bath.
It's very simple and easy , works wonders and you can do it at home with ingredients from your kitchen.
All you need is:
1) Mustard seeds or powder
2) A big bowl
3) Water
4) Towel
There are two ways to do it:
1) Take 2 handfuls of Mustard seeds and sole them in a medium sized bowl full of water over-night.
In morning you will see that color of water has changed.
Now heat this water and add it to normal water to make your soak.
Now soak your feet in the water for half an hour and wipe with water.
2) If you don't have the time of soaking mustard seeds over night then just add some mustard powder in warm water and soak your feet in it. It works just as well.
I like to add some mustard seeds to my soak water before dropping in my feet (even when I use mustard powder) and rub my feet on it
This foot soak is detoxifying and is so relaxing , be ready to take a nap after doing this.
Like literally it will make you sleep like a baby.
It worked very well for my headache and pains . I have heard that it is very good remedy for cold , fever and foot order too.
If you are stressed or want to detoxify then this is a real good way.
And if you have body pain the here my Home Remedy for Body Pain
Hope this post was helpful.
