Hi all beautiful women ,
Wish all the lovelies a very very Happy Women's Day. Remind yourself every day that you are the best and the strongest.
Coming back to today's post, finally weather has stated to change.
I am filled with joy to see sun come out everyday and shine bright.
But this transition time is the time where a lot of people catch flue and cold.
So guys its always better to take precautions . Better safe then sorry right.
Here are a few precaution which I take ( well my mum tells me too ) .
1) Try to eat more of garlic . You don't want to add it in food then swallow a piece of it in morning with water .
2) Eat dark green , yellow and red veggies.
3) Eat fruits rich in vitamin C like oranges.
4) Drink a lot of water and reduce caffeine consumption .
5) Drink some lime or ginger green tea .
6) Drink Turmeric milk .
7) Don't touch your face as most bacteria enter your body through eyes, nose and mouth.
8) Wash your hair frequently to keep away from germs
9) Use alcohol base hand sanitiser to kill all germs.
10) Wash and condition hair frequently to keep scalp clean and hair moisturiser.
11) Do yoga breathing exercises .
12) And the most important, don't ditch all your woollens suddenly.
Keep all these small pointed in mind to keep healthy so that you can enjoy spring.
But if you still catch cold and flue them check out my Home Remedies for cold
