Home Remedies for Body Pain

Hey everybody,

Today I am coming with a different subject which is body pain. Omg, my body pains like hell in winter season.

I feel tired and lazy even without doing anything . 

Dry winter air, lack of sunshine and freezing temperature at all responsible not only fit cold and flues but also fur out headaches, leg pains and back aches. 

Today I literally did nothing, just went to my nani's and spent the day chatting with everybody and still I feel like dead and my legs are painting like hell. 

Just came back home and was rubbing my home made oil to get rid of pain so I thought it might help you guys too.

Here is how to make peppercorn and garlic infused oil for all your aches and pains.

You need: 

1) 3/4 cup of olive oil ( or any oil of your choice like almond, grape seed etc)

2) 1 teaspoon if peppercorns

3) 3 garlic cloves ( peeled)

Lets make it:

1) Smash Garlic cloves and peppercorns.

2) Add the smashed mixture to oil in a saucepan .

3) Heat on low for 20 minutes.

4) Now strain the oil and store it in a clean sanitized bottle.

5)  You can store it in refrigerator for up-to 2 weeks.

6) Whenever you want to use just warm it up a bit and rub on the affected area. 

I add a few peppercorns to the bottle I store my oil in to make it more intense .

I am totally in love with this oil . It does not stink or anything .

 It's so relaxing and very economical too. Best thing us it does nit have any side effects and is chemical free.
 I use it atleast 3 days a week. ( not posting the pic of my bottle of oil as it is in a really bad state, hehe )

This is one remedy which helped me in my cervical pain too .
