Velvet Blues

Hey guys ,

How is 2014 going for you . I have already broken one of my resolution of not eating cheese, all thanks to my  friends. And can you believe , I ate a lot of cheese on 1st January.  

But I am going to start my 30 days planks , crunches and Squat challenge from tomorrow. Wish me luck . :)

One the first day of January , me and my friends went out for Lunch .

I decided to wear my new Velvet top from FrontRowshop

I had not bought anything in velvet from ages , so when I saw this simple velvet top in this cobalt blue on FrontRowshop, I couldn't stop myself and got it.

I really like its color and thank  god I bought some other color expect black . ( this made my mum happy) 

I am Happy that its long enough to wear with leggings,as  I am literally living in leggings this winter.

This top has some room so I made sure to layer my warmer as a cold day was waiting for me. I am one of those people who feels really cold and starts wearing full sleeves when others are still in off sleeves. 

This was one of those days where nothing goes as planned and you enjoy the natural flow of events.

As usual before leaving for outing I asked my brother to click some pics. This time we thought to change the location so went to the foot over bridge near my place. 

We went to have lunch at a beautiful roof top restaurant and ate a lit if food, full of cheese. 

But food was not as good as we thought it would be and it was cold. I like my food boiling hot. On top of it one of my friends just hated the food.

But still, we had a blast. Lot of gossip , giggling and weirdness . This is what happens when girlfriends meet, right. :)

As it was first day of new year I wanted to spent it with family and close friends . It might not be a very planned day but was a very happy one. 

As believed , first day of year has a big impact on the entire year , I hope my years is as good as Jan 1 .
