Hair Myths Busted

Hey Sweeties,

If you are my long time reader then you already know how much I love my hair. I try to take good care of them. Over the years these are so many Hair Care Myths that got busted for me. So today I though I will share some of them.

Myth 1) Getting frequent trims makes your hair grow fast. 

No , it's not true girls. Hair grow from scalp , not from tips. 

Myth 2) Always Comb your hair from top to bottom. Doll, that's going to increase hair fall. I wrote about this in Hair Care Tips too. Always starts from tips and work your way up.

Myth 3) Washing hair frequently increases hair fall. Naaahhh rather washing hair regularly keep them clean and healthy, just be gentle with them.

Myth 4) Split ends can be repaired. There is also lurks no way by which that San be done. Split ends have to be chopped off. I do this myself every now and then.

Myth 5) Dandruff causes hair fall. This is so untrue. I think if you itch a lot when you have dandruff then your nails rubbing against hair makes them fall.

Myth 6) If you pluck grey hair , more will come back. Hehe, this is funny  but a very common belief. Good new girls, it's not true. It's just that we keep looking for more and so see more. 

Myth 7) If you have greasy hair, skip conditioner. I did this mistake and result was dead looking hair and still greasy scalp. Conditioner is must , but apply it only in middle and end if hair.

Myth 8) Changing shampoo and conditioner constantly helps achieve good result. This is so not true. Stick to one . 

Myth 9) Washing hair with cold water makes them shinny. This will defiantly wake you up buy has no connection with shinny hair.

Myth 10) Brushing hair more increases its shine. Girl, this this going to increase the probability of more hair falling off. I brush my hair only if its really needed.
