Hey dolls,
Today I was out with friend, as all girls do we were chatting about anything and everything. Are topic of discussion are so weird at times, one second we are talking about career family and very serious issues and other second someone says , have you seen that new lipstick. We are crazy. :)
Today also we were discussing something when suddenly one of my friends asked that which makeup remover is good.
This reminded me that I have not written about my DIY Makeup remover Recipe.
I just reached home and here I am telling you about it.
So , I always tell you people about my sensitive and acne prone skin. My skin is extremely oily so using oil based makeup remover makes me look like a disco ball, very oily and shinny.
I tried some non - oil once too but they dint work for me.
I researched a lot of recipes, tried them and one recipe worked perfectly.
Here is what you need:
1) A bottle to store makeup remover.
2) 1 Cup Water
3) 1 1/2 Tablespoon baby wash
4) 1/4 Tablespoon baby oil or any other oil of your choice ( Olive , Coconut , Almond)
Process:
1) Sterilise your container by boiling it in water. ( Optional)
2) Boil 1 cup water and let it cool.
3) Add baby wash and oil of your choice to it.
4) Pour it in your container.
5) Shake it well and you are done.
I use it to remove both my face and eye makeup.
To remove makeup I dab some on cotton pad or sometimes on baby wipe. It removes all my makeup and does not leave any oily sheen behind.
So far this is the best makeup remove I have used. It does not clog my pores so no break out .
The thing I like is that it has no chemicals and nun of the ingredients used are harmful.
Which remover do you use to remove eye and face makeup...!!!!

ReplyDeleteNiice!! Sounds pretty cool. I apply vaseline on my eyes to remove every trace of eye makeup that cleansers may sometimes not get. Then I use cotton bud to wipe off and bwalah. Finally, I use soap and warm water to wash the rest of my face.
