Hey my sweeties,
I am back with a hair post. I am crazy about hair, I think I have told you this so many times. Anyways, so I am always looking for new ways to improve hair texture and growth.
The method I am going to talk about today, might sound stupid or kiddish. You might feel that this is useless and makes no sense, but I have been doing and I have quite long hair.
I am in no way trying to say that this is the only thing that helps to grow my hair .
So once after passing school , I was getting irritated that my hair are not growing and started googling way to increase hair growth by using some house hold measures , I had no excess money to buy expensive products. I came across this method. I tried it only because it involves no investment and i am so thankful that I did.
All you need is two hands, which we all have, all thanks to god.
So rub your nails against each other for 2-3 minutes as shown in the pics and that's all. Rub a little fast.
This will not damage or break your nails in any way but will increase your hair growth.
This is a Ayurvedic Trick and my yoga guru also swears by it.
I am not trying to say that it works like magic in a day or two but I believe in it.
It takes time but I think it surely works. Plus whats the harm I'm trying.
I have inculcated it in my daily routine and my automatically start rubbing nails whenever my hands are free.
Today also I was sitting watching T.V and unknowingly rubbing nails , when my mum asked me wether I have written about it. I immediately went to my system and here is the post. :)
Hope you liked , thanks a ton for reading.
Love,
Pooja Mittal
