Hey Dolls,
A few weeks back I told you that I am having trouble sleeping at night.People on my Instagram must have noticed that I am very active at night.
The result of this sleeping problem is under eye bags and dark circles.
I have already posted home remedies for under eye bags which worked for me.
Today I am going to write about my tried, tested and loved remedy for dark circles.
Its super easy and you just need one thing, a potato..
Here is how to use it :
1) Wash and peel a small piece of potato.
2) Shread it.
3) Wash your face , close your eyes and apply the shredded potato on eye area.
4) I like to apply it on the entire eye area, both lids and under eye. This will reduce the oil on lids as well.
5) Let it dry for 5-7 minutes and was off.
6) Repeat the precess every day for a week or 10 days and you will notice the difference.
If you don't have time to lie down and relax, then you can do the following:
1) sqeeze the sreaded potato to get its juice.
2) Let the juice sit for a minute or two.
3) You will see white sedimentation at bottom.
4) Apply it on , let it dry and wash off.
I us the potato juice when I don't get time or forget to apply potato thought the day. So I apply juice at night and sleep.
This measure can also be used on the entire face if your skin is feeling too oil or tanned.
I have used potato both for dark circles and for oily , acne prone skin, it worked really well for me.
Do you have dark circle's too!!!!
Thanks a lot for reading .
Love,
Pooja Mittal
