Hey Dolls,
How was your week end!!! Mine was super busy. Went out with friends, shopping and gossip ( typical girl talk).
While we were shopping one of my friends said that she wants a nice face scrub. She has sensitive skin like me . She had the same problem with scrubs that I use to have , scrubs are either too harsh or too mild.
So I told her my DIY Scrub and while I was explaining her I asked myself in my mind 'Pooja why haven't you shared it on your blog' and I made a note of it on the spot in my phone.
1) Semolina
2) Milk
All you need to do is
1) Mix one spoon of semolina with two spoons of milk.
2) Wash your face and use the mixture as scrub.
You can increase or decrease the amount of milk according to your preference. If you want less granules or a very mild scrub , then add more milk.
This scrub not only cleanses your skin by removing impurities but also help remove tanning and dark
Spots if used regularly.
If you live at a place where there is winter then you will love this scrub as it does not dry out the skin completely. It leaves the skin clean and with perfect amount of moisture.
I have been using it for a year now and so far no side effects. :)
All other scrubs that I have used dried out my skin and increased my acne. This one hasn't increased my acne.
I really like using this recipe.
Hope you like this post. Thanks a lot for your time.
Love,
Pooja Mittal
