Hey sweeties,
Today is a DIY Day.
Let me start my telling you why I made this. Like a normal girl I straighten , curl and use hair drier. I dont use them every day but whenever I use it , I have ti use , I have to leave it outside on my dressing to cool down. In case of drier there are so many attachments and I never get what I want on time.
The cords of these get so messy and get tangled. Sometimes I leave it on top of dressing and when i pick it up next day , everything else in dressing falls because of its cord. My mum always scolds me as I have broken a setting powder and a eyeshadow pallet because of this.
A few days back I saw something online, it inspired me , I made some changes and made storage bags for straighter and hair drier.
Its super easy and do nit need a lot of things to be made.
What you need:
1) A pot holder
2) A kettle Cover
3) A scissor
4) A small piece of cloth
5) Some velcro tape (0.5 inches wide)
6) Fabric glue or sewing machine
Straightener Storage Bags-
1) Cut a 3.5 inch long piece of velcro tape.
2) Cut two strips of fabric 4 X 1 inches and fold a small margin from all four sides and iron it.
3) Now stick or sew Velcro on each strip of cloth .
4) Take your pot holder and fold it into half.
5) Sew two sides leaving the top side open.
6) While sewing the longer side place your strips with velcro in between with both strips facing the cloth side up.
And you are done . The Velcro on the side will help you clutch wire and prevent it from tangling .
Drier Bag
1) Cut a piece 4 inches long piece of velcro.
2) Now open your Kettle cover and mark its center.
3) Paste or sew the Velcro.
And you are done. This bag has the space to store drier and its accessories and is very travel friendly too.
I made two bows and decorated both my storage bags.
This is so helpful as now I don't have to wait for my Hair tools to cool down.
Hope this was helpful . :)
Love
