Maybelline Clear Glow Compact Powder Review

Hey sweeties,

A few post back, I wrote about how important a good base is for perfect looking makeup and reviewed colour stay whipped,  keeping the same thought in mind I am going to talk about a compact powder.

Really Convenient Packaging

Even if you have a good foundation on you have to set it with a compact.

I gave never found a compact which suites me perfectly , some broke me out, some looked to fake on skin and some did nothing. :(

After spending a lot of money and getting scolded by my mum I bought this compact powder. Its called Clear Glow All In One Fairness Compact Powder ( such a small name, right)

and is available in all drugstores at 175 INR for 9g of product. I got it in colour 02 Nude Beige

After you open it have a plastic cover

I have been using this for 2 months now and I feel its average but when I think of its price then I change my opinion . Its value for money.

Pros:

1) It comes in a very convenient packaging .

2) Has a  sponge which is not bad quality

3) It is SPF 26

4) Available in 5 shades.

5) Quite Lightweight

6) Very affordable

7) Does not break me out

8) Good coverage. I used it without any foundation and it gave me nice look.

Cons:

1) It does not stop my face from looking oily.

2) It works on me for 2-3 hrs and then have to touch up.

On the whole , its a very average product, I don't love it and neither do I hate it. But I will look for a better Compact Powder once I am done with this.
