Home Remedies for White Teeth

We have spoken about hair, skin and nails ,but today I am going to talk about teeth.

We all like to smile ,get clicked and chat all day. It gets so embarrassing when we  notice that our teeth are looking yellow . 

I personally have a teeth complex and obsesses with pearl white teeth.

I love my coffee and because of drinking coffee my teeth were becoming yellow. So I tried this remedy to get my teeth back. 

All you need to get white teeth is

1) Baking Soda

2) Lime Juice

Theses two thing can help you save a lot of money  :D

1) In a small bowl mix some baking soda with a little lime juice. You will get bubbling mixture , let it sit of a minute.

2)Then brush your teeth with a toothbrush  to clean teeth a bit. 

3) Apply the baking soda - lime juice mixture with the help of toothbrush and keep brushing for 2 minutes.

4) After you are done, rinse well.

You will notice a big difference in the colour of your teeth.

The taste of this mixture is not the best, but results are really good.

I did this every alternate day for around two weeks , when my teeth came to normal  color then I reduced its usage to once a week just to maintain my teeth color.

I am so happy with this remedy because I cannot stop drinking coffee and cost of teeth polishing and  cleaning is too much.
